RAI Students Embark on Academic Trip to Japan for IREX 2023 and University Visits
70 students from the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Engineering program, along with their lecturers and staff, are set to embark on an academic trip to Japan in 2023. The highlight of the trip is their participation in The International Robot Exhibition (IREX), the world’s largest robot trade fair, held in Japan.
In addition to attending IREX, the group is scheduled to visit the Tokyo Institute of Technology, one of Japan’s leading educational institutions in technology and science. This visit aims to deepen the students’ understanding and broaden their perspectives in Robotics and AI through exposure to the institute’s renowned research and educational approaches. The trip signifies a significant educational opportunity, fostering international academic exposure and potential collaborations in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence.
